First, the app is horribly unintuitive. Scanning the QR code under the globe is impossible, at least on my Samsung Galaxy S7. I had to take a photo with another phone and enlarge the image of the QR code until it filled the screen and then I could scan it with my phone. Then it recognized the code and began to download content... and immediately crashes. I can't get past this point. Incredibly disappointing for an educational app!

very bad experience. First of all QR code is not scanning. after that iam not able to scan the globe from mobile camera. No proper guide tutorial for help. While registeing user it is showing messages in some other language although the app language is set as English.

so upset... this app was not well thought out. my son got this for Christmas and the damn thing wont even scan. come on vivitar. u gotta have a different develpor for apps. cuz thisnhas too many kinks!!

After installing the apps, it won't scan the QR code! so frustrating 😡
