I am giving 3 stars because I had so much trouble setting it up. I read the reviews, someone said to make sure the location on your smart device is on.. after I did that it connected to bluetooth finally... It works well but I dont like having my location on to use the app and I dont like that there were no instructions to help with set up.

Need to do an update Serta?!? It connected for 2 seconds then disconnected there are some bugs you guys should send an update for the Serta Motion Perfect III Adjustable power base. Last updated was in 2016, its almost 2020. Anyone know how to fix this issue on a 1600 base that wont work properly?

Help It's late and I can't get the Bluetooth to connect. It's worked fine for months, but when I am sick and need to lower the head it suddenly says there's a Bluetooth issue. I turned on every permission . This is a nightmare.

I love this app whenever I can't find my remote. It honestly works.. Idk why people have such negative responses. You have to have the 3.0 adjustable base in order for this to work.

It will not connect to my brand new phone, spent the afternoon trying different things, Unplugging and replugging, different bt settings. Why advertise if it dont work?

I have the Serta Motion Custom II powered by ergomotion, and the only remote control app that works for me is the remote on the Sleep Tracker app. Hope this helps someone!
