This site and app is NOT user friendly. I have a phone and service that doesn't work. I can't even dial customer service number because it keeps cutting off. I can't access my personal information to make changes any where on the sight nor app. This is too frustrating!!!!

Can someone tell me how can I buy the 1GB data for 1$ ??? Why is it that everytime I tried purchasing the 1$ for 1GB it keeps telling me we're sorry, an error while subtracting to the option. And I just reinstalled this app because I saw the response from the producer. Pls try doing something because my brother even told me this app is fake!!! Last time I recharged with this app, orange took my 2 dollars in the name of "You left your data on while you recharged." And I literally been using the orange app to recharge for like months back without them taking a cent from my credit while my data been on. So now If I cannot put my data on while I recharge with the app, how else will I recharge and buy the package that I want!? How will the app work without my data being one? Orange, y'all need to improve tho!

I am only giving one star because I want to write my feedback. This app is misbehaving. It doesn't load again. While loading, a prompt notification will appear that says “ Communication protocol error occurs with target server" This is ignoring!

The app and packages are good but I have to be connected to the Internet using my orange sim card before I'm allow to buy any of the packages. This makes it impossible to buy the package. Sometimes my phone is connected to WiFi (like now) and I can't activate the package I want because I don't have data on my orange to connect directly to the Internet.

1. Can't recognize the SIM using mobile Data on my Redmi note 8 2. The mobile Connect that just got added is also not working using WiFi or mobile data. 3. A friend of mine was lucky to login but his balance has never updated. Still the same from the day he login. If these things are not working, why put promotions on the app n force customers to use it instead of the short code? Get ready to pay for my credit Orange Liberia coz you force me use it on something that it was not intended for.
