The new version traded looks for functionality and stability, this is stupid, it worsens the user experience and contradicts the principles of the company. Please, listen to your consumers and bring back the old, more useful and more efficient app, it worked flawlessly and didn't present any issues what so ever. Worst app update in history.

Since the last update I can't see the main page. It's blocked by a pop-up at the bottom... So only the top half is visible... Fix this ASAP... Not usable at al like this..

This app doesn't provide suspension date or package expiry dates. This leaves you without phone service or internet. There is no way to contact customer service nor does it provide notifications. After opening the app you have to push a redundant button to begin session even with finger printing. The purchase options are awkward and small. This app is designed to sell and not help the client.

I'm American trying to use the app to pay my bill since do to the pandemic all the stores are closed and the only way to pay your bill is thru the app. It is next to impossible to use the app or to even switch it to english. Nothing about the app makes any since which does not surprise me since I've had the service for six years and nothing makes since about the bad service I've had for six years

It doesn't show you your full amount balance and doesn't let you refresh your profile either when having a data pack activated.
