Customer Service Snafu!! I paid my monthly payment on April 8,2021 Then lo and behold, even though I am not enrolled in auto pay Optimum took $120 from my account! I was on the phone for ages to plead with the company to refund my money ( which was the last of my social security money) but customer service just would not budge! I also was texting them for over an hour or more to try and let them see that taking a second monthly payment was wrong. I'm letting you know before you buy! J.Aprea

I am a business and they updated my rate and I was getting 1- Mbps of wifi because the undated programing so my equipment was incompatible. It took hours to get below standard help on the phone.
