This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing My Migo on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Problem with registration. Email sent to tech support team, no response for 2 weeks. EAP rep escalated to resolve the issue within 48 hours, no response at all. I was able to login after 10 days of trial, then migo message wouldnt work. I had opted out of booking a session with counsellor through EAP telephone, and chose Migo option because rep said it would take 2 weeks to speak to a counselor, however it can be done faster through migo app, video or audio. When got my migo access, only CHAT

Complete trash, it doesn't remember my login, kicks me out if I open the chat box, makes me ask for a new access code every few minutes. I can't believe employers pay good money for this and think their employees in crisis can get any benefit from it. If the app doesn't work you can't deliver the programming.

This app is pointless. I asked for a consult on an issue and they insisted I download this app. If pointless woo like deep breathing works for you, this may be the app for you. Otherwise walk away.

Well, the app doesn't even log in. And this is my first interaction with this company, nothing was done but get instructed to download this app. Lol and the app doesnt work. So the phone support i got was 1-10, and the app support 0-10 .. great what a waste of time

Download App via email sent by Shepell. "Now, you’re only two steps away from connecting to My Migo and the support that will help you with achieving your goal." Ha. Nothing but tech difficulty after tech difficulty and phone support after phone support. Finally log in. First question " Tell me are you at risk" followed by small blurb which I am unable to scroll to complete reading and answer. That's it. This app hasn't been updated since 2018? This app is a life line without the line.

I Feel like this would be a great App if only it would let me in... somehow it keeps telling me I have invalid credentials even though I was able to login once with them. It looks like I'm not the only one with this issue. I think it's very important to fix asap given the nature of this app.
