Connectivity is bad, frequent disconnections, bad sound quality from the one plus buds.. One cannot keep resetting due to connectivity issues, it's an indication of a bad product.. Customer care gives only reset as an option but that cannot be treated as a solution if the problem recurs.. There are cheaper unbranded products that work flawlessly and thus such quality from one plus it's unacceptable

Sometimes it only shows left bud, right bud does not work. I have to remove the device form the list & connect again. Volume on call is extremely low, not audible at all. Kindly fix the volume issue. Music plays very well.

Except for two issues the buds work good. Removing the earbud from the ear does not always pause music, sometimes it skips to the next track. In phone calls the receiver hears background noise. Not the issue, but could be improved: support more options for touch area

Sound fine for what they are so far and connect ok. But not having volume controls is a bit of a dealbreaker for tws. Phone is still on me like normal headphones. Skips are pretty much useless in my case when listening to music streams. Try adding skips for long taps and quick taps for volume changes something. Just skips and voice assistance is a bit annoying and limited. Posted here as its not a physical issue and the tech is there but software lacking.

One of the buds keeps falling out. Had One Plus ship me a new pair, same thing. Must just be a design flaw but I had other people try them on and the right bud almost always did not fit snug especially when moving around. Galaxy buds >>
