Only rated four stars as I just transferred data from my old phone to a new one. The app seems to be pretty dependable and easy to use. I really commend the ability to transfer my messages as I was unable to previously with other brands. This is definitely making me feel more confident in my decision to purchase a OnePlus phone and I may continue to be a customer for future upgrades.

The app is not able to restore the backup, which is the main function expected from this app. I had taken backup of my previous one plus phone and copied the same to a laptop. Once the new phone arrived, I tried to restore same to new Samsung phone. There is no such provision at all to restore the saved backup. The patient thing here is that... I atleast tried to import contacts using the .vcf file from the backup. But even that gives an error that the vcf file is having some unknown headers.

App keeps crashing! The switch option between two mobile ohones is working, but the moment you click on 'backup and restore' it crashes. Have been trying continuously for 3 days, even uninstalled and installed the app. Wasted a lot of time over this. Please fix the problem.

Lost all my data. I was transfering the data from oneplus 6 to samsung s21+ but nothing got transfered (don't know why but it was showing some graphics which depicted that the files were transfering from oneplus to samsung but nothing was actually transferring I guess). I know that the app says it is preferable to use only when transfering from old device to oneplus but it should have been mentioned in bigger fonts at the center of the screen rather than squeezing it in the bottom.

I bought the one Plus phoneI downloaded 3 transfer apps.every one ads and privacy policy.nothing pops up a start button which no instructions to use.i thought I missed one I downloaded I didn't expect the app to already be on my phone. opening the app.download this to oldphone.then scaned the new phone checked boxes you want transfered.turn data off manuallyand hit go .it shows the progress and alerts for scanning new apps...this was hassle free and quick.i now kno next transfer.thanks

Very good app. It did take me a while to realise an earlier step of tethering the two devices needed to be turned back off before transfer occured between Samsung S6 and One Plus Nord N10 5G. Might be no harm advising this in your set up steps. But overall very good and seamless transfer. Thanks *****
