Very frequent tech issues and down servers that cause a lot of disruption to app and desktop. On top of this the support team do not respond quickly and are dismissive. One issue with the app took a month to resolve so it was usable again. This is pretty unreasonable for a paid service.

A recent patch cause the app to stop working for a while. However it was fixed quite fast and I was given an extra 30 days time. So I have to say great customer service. And quick responses.

Dear All, I have contacted their support team many time by mail and they instructed to remove and reinstall the app. I tried that but the same.. I sent them the screen shot of the error, they replied to purchase the app and they closed the case. This means they are not going to fix this issue.. To be honest, it was a best vpn I ever used..

The last update started crashing when attempting to open the app, and now its deemed unusable for a paid subscription. This is rather disappointing after years of use. It's now time to find a new VPN, since not having daily use is a waste of my paid subscription for the past 6 years.
