Brilliant app, full of professional information and very CBT-oriented which is what I was after. Very pleased to see a very good, well put-together app for somehing that so many people struggle with. Just one complaint - I can't register anything other than a binge urge on the 'Entry' page. Does it unlock as you go through the programme? Seems that it would be much more useful to be able to track food intake from the word go.
