The app works great but the panic alert does nothing. I've tested this feature on one of the devices I want to track. Does it send an sms? An alert to the main account that can track device locations? I've looked at the how to and it has no articles explaining this feature. Thank you for the feedback. I checked my mail and the panic alert was there.

Somehow keep getting charged for this app I told you guys I DO NOT want. I don't recall even purchasing it to begin with! I'm extremely frustrated by this, I'm charged $25 monthly. And I don't need, want, or use this! Why can't you just stop already? Idk anything about this app but your customer service is horrible and it's possible that this is a scam. Cancel the subscription and refund me the money for the payments you took after telling you already I didn't want this! This is gone on for way to long now! Whoever is running this app, contact me immediately about the issue please, and I can remove this awful review!!!

never did anything it said it does, was unable to track any if my devices after installing and adding all devices, device had mobile data location turned on, but still no trace of where the device had been. Wasted my money, ridiculous app! 😡

This app. Misleads" the customers thinking they can track another phone! When you finish setting the pymt. It says you will be tracking your own phone! In my case i paid to track a phone i bought for my girlfriend to find if she's been cheating on me!! What a disapointment! I need my refund A.S.A.P!!

Lost our phone and searched for a way to locate lost phone. This came up and it said it can locate but had to pay $12.95, so we did it. Immediately found out it will only work if you download app. FALSE ADVERTISING, WILL NOT RESPOND TO REQUEST TO CANCEL ACCOUNT OR REFOUND. REPORTI G THIS AS FRAUD TO MY CC!
