App keeps logging out, very slow. Sometimes doesn't send messages and deletes them instead. The second (very) big issue is that the app keeps logging you out and doesn't even save your country, so you have to reselect it every time. You still get notifications for incoming messages, but when you open the notificatuon you often have to log-in again.

On the website I singed in with Google account, but on the app that's not an option. It doesn't accept my Google credentials either, and when I try to hit "forgot my password" it says "incorrect field format". So it's either not registering my email or this is not working. It's funny how on the website says "it's better on the app". One star because I can't do anything on the app. Once I'm able to at least access it, then I'll update the review.

Useless. Was recommended to use this app in Mexico to find a doctor. The website is not available in English and the app won't allow you to use it without an account to login. But doesn't provide an option to create an account. Completely useless.

I do sometimes get suddenly logged out. Also, patient chats sometimes do not properly load (i can see the preview of the chats in the global message screen, but when i click one it doesnt load: all blank)

It is the only app I have, that doesn't work on rooted phone.... It was working well, but unfortunately after update it stopped.

It is instantly crashing down and I have to uninstall it and install again over and over again, actually every day. Drama.
