Mi pareja, que es médica, firmó con este servicio/sitio web hace 3 semanas. Pagó desde el primer día y no hubo respuesta durante 1 semana. The app keeps logging me out; it switches countries. And for several days, it does not load even after clearing the cache or reinstalling. This is supposed to be a work tool. I pay a hefty annual fee for the service, and Im specting almost flawless functioning, not constant bugs. Also only has a portion of the functionalities I can do in the desktop app, even the basic ones. Your competition has full functionality on their apps. You're not giving me a reason to renew my contract.
