My phone frequently warns me this app is using 100% of a CPU core while running in the background, draining battery like crazy. I had to set it to never run in the background, which completely defeats most of the purpose of the app. Also, it asks for a ridiculous amount of permissions, why does it ask to for permission to see my files and make phone calls just to be able to talk to a bluetooth scale?

The good thing about this so is that is syncs days with google fit. Other than that, the app needs lots of work and tweaks. You'd always get an error when connecting new device. For dinner reason, the connecting sign in the notification tray never disappear even when days transfer from the device is complete. Charts may use a face list as well.

This app is horrible. It doesn't work half the time which makes it unusable with the watch. What good is a blood pressure watch if you can't get it to work with a app to track it? Totally worthless. I would not recommend this watch to anyone

Awful app for a great device. Nonintuitive & drains phone battery. Have to turn off App to get out and save battery. When you call support they deny they are aware of any of the problems reported about the app. Omron...if you are listening at all...please fix it and make it usable.

I have been using this app for a few months now and am pleased with the app. I have noticed that the help links are blank, for instance BMI info using the smart scale not sure when this started happening but would like it fixed.

This app will drain your device's battery because it'll run in the background even if you change your device's settings to put the app to sleep immediately when it's not in use, and even if you don't allow background data usage and even if you turn off all notifications. The amount of permissions it asks for is completely ridiculous. The only positive thing I can say about this app is that it works with the Samsung Health app.
