इस ऐप में बहुत बड़ी खराबी यह है की इसमें लोग सिर्फ ट्रैक / लॉग इन कर सकते हैं.... लेकिन किसी पार्सल के लिए ना ही शिकायत कर सकते हैं और ना ही इसमें अपने आप को रजिस्टर किया जा सकता है.............. पार्सल ना मिलने की स्थिति में कहीं कंप्लेन भी नहीं कर सकते.
