App is useless. Can't see energy usage or thermostat. Wifi doesn't control the device at all. I purchased the wifi device after having the standard one for the added functionality of the wifi unit. Should have just kept the old model.

App seems to do what it claims but be careful to not forget your user name or password for the app as there's no way of getting this back and the e-mail address shown on Google Play will only lead you to a reply saying "you need to speak to your distributors and place of purchase". When there are very little in the way of install/user guides for the App they also have no idea on how to re-set your password if you have forgotten it

The individual zones remain on in 'manual' mode when I use the comfort feature. So I constantly have to check the app hasn't left the heating on permanently. Also this app crashes 4-5 times a week which gets annoying quick. A home screen widget and Google home support would be nice in future updates too..

How the hell do I remove a Zone with no Thermostats in it. There is no standard all in this application, can someone at the company please rewrite it to fit with proper Google standards. I ask again, how do I remove an empty zone???????????????

Does not let you set time zones or time. Does not adust for daylight saving. Starts on the wrong screen, the correct start screen is accessed vis the icon in the top left corner. Not sure of the point of the main screen its functionality is never used.

It's not intuitive at all. The schedule function only has start times and no end times.... Just 'events'

About this app

The SWATT® – Smart WiFi and Touch Thermostat app lets you make the most of your compatible WiFi Thermostats: use the app to remote control your home heating system from any location.

Like the thermostats themselves, the app is entirely intuitive and easy to handle – making it simpler than ever to ensure maximum savings on your heating bill while still enjoying a warm welcome every time you step into your home.

View and set temperatures
View your heating schedule – and change it
Set your heating system to vacation mode
View your energy log

View and set temperatures: You can instantly see the current temperature in all your rooms and locations fitted with your WiFi Thermostats. And make any adjustments you want. Want your holiday house heated for your weekend visit? Need the guest bedroom warmed up for an unexpected visitor? Or your bathroom ready for a nice, long soak when you get home? No problem.

View and change your heating schedule: One of the key benefits of your WiFI Thermostat is its schedule function, where the thermostat automatically adjusts heating levels to match your usual timetable. However, sometimes you need a bit of flexibility, and this app lets you override the schedule to adjust temperatures as you wish – from any location including your home.

1. Fast-forward to the next scheduled change (e.g. to turn up the heat because you’re coming home early)
2. Make instant temporary adjustments (for example, you might want to turn down the heat everywhere for a good spring cleaning where every window is open)

Set your heating system to vacation mode: At times your heating schedule will need adjusting because you’re going away on vacation or on business. With the SWATT® app you can plan those adjustments whenever you have a spare moment – and time them to take effect when you need them to. That way, you can walk out the door safe in the knowledge that you won’t waste money on heating an empty house – and that you’ll still get a warm welcome on your return.

View your energy log: The SWATT® app lets you monitor your heating system’s current and past energy consumption at any time and from any location.

The SWATT® app works with the corresponding WiFI Thermostats as specified in the Thermostat ‘s User Manual .
