Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing FlipExplorer on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

If there is no space in my SD Card, I should be able to use the External SD Card to read books offline. FlipExplorer defaults to local SD Card and is unable to open the zip file for want of space! Why fix the folder to sdcard/offlinebooks/zips?

About this app

FlipExplorer is a free App to view the publications created by FlipCreator. It gives you the ability to put the publications into Android device. So that you can view them when you are offline.

There are two methods to put your publications into an Android device:

1. Copy to SD card
Just zip the publication and copy the .zip file into the "offlinebooks/zips" folder of device's SD card. The guide below will show you how to do that.

2. Download from a website
Tap "Add Book" button and input the URL of your publication, then tap "Start Download" button to download it.
