This should be a Zero star rating. Numerous errors while trying to connect to module. Finally got system added to app but it constantly shows the A/C offline. It seems it was pointless to purchase the WiFi add-on.

The worst android app i ever installed. This developer seems to have very low IQ. I install a lot of mini splits from Innovair for customers that starts to use this app recently. Because of this stupid app, I decided to switch to another brand. Innovair makes a big mistake chose the poor software developer and lost a lot of customers.

Had it bound, but it rarely showed as online. Decided to try unbinding and adding it again. It finds the module with an IP already but fails to configure it every time. Tried cycling power, no luck. No clue how to reset it to defaults. So now I have a brick. Worst remote control experience yet.

In general it was good, untill today. 1) It is Impossible to use this app with vpn. "network is abnormal" toast is always on the screen, and login is not working. 2) With Vpn turned off it shows that accesory is offline, but I am sure I have seen wi-fi icon today on my AC... anyway will double check tomorrow.

Please help. After the app updates it keeps crashing when trying to open. Updated: They fixed the app on 10/20/19, everything is ok now. App is slow on Android, performs better on Apple devices.
