Using BlueStacks

The app often lists my air conditioner as offline, although it should always be available. It works 1-2 days after unpairing and pairing it back, but it stops soon enough.

The app is not working. Cannot control the AC remotely as the AC is not seen online by the app

My device was showing as offline, so I removed the device from application and add it again, it was discovered by the app then it said it was registered, but I still see it as offline.
