When i turn on the app it turns off for some reason Help please

Great kernel but app not working properly in latest lineage os. When open tweaks then toast message came with "failed" on it. Whenever i edit any option in tweaks or cpu control then failed toast came up and then app force closes. Plz fix this. Again love the kernel.
