Well when this app works, it really works. When it doesn't your s#$* out of luck. The worst part is there is no and I mean NO customer service or help. So you may also want to back your stuff up on a different app like this app. When it works i would give this a 4/5 star. But when, not if, it fails you are not able to get any assistance in trying to get app up and running again. SMH

Help! Has been working wonderfully, and all of a sudden it just crashes when I input my password. I know its correct, and only crashes when I put in the correct pw. Please help! I've uninstalled, force stopped, reset phone and nothings working!

Outstanding application. Does what it says, period. Once password is set, don't, and I mean DON'T lose it or, "forget about it" (might as well uninstall. Contents is tighter than a...well you get the idea). Tried to change the password, so far no can do. I am now using the calculator to see what happens with the app

The update on May 29th was not good. The main reason is that I now can not get into my vault because of converting numbers into we words. I emailed for assistance but the vault staff didn't reply. I also have two vault accounts, not on purpose. The app stated that I needed to renew, but I later found out that it wasn't time to. This customer service needs an overhaul.

Please help. This app worked fine for so long. Now when I input my password and the equal sign, nothing happens. I'm devastated because I have lots of special photos stored in this app that I can no longer access.

Its the best security app for hiding personal picture , videos. As it helped me a lot I am rating it five-star. Last but not the least I think the app must be more secured. Overall its a very good app
