I live in a service sparse area with no service at my house. It does not start well with no service. It does start, which is a huge improvement over the other apps I use to find service locations. My chief complaint is the app gets one ping off a cell tower and then puts weak markers on the map for 30 seconds afterward when there is actually no service.

I'm very impressed with this app. You can do normal speed tests, of course, but the full test is comprehensive and shows the dropped frame percentage for 360, 720, and 1080 resolutions. I also like the live mapping which allows you to see where the signal drops along a route!

Enlightening! Unfortunately where I live, in the Arkansas backwoods the only two options are Cellular modems or Satellite modems for broadband. The cellular, even with a booster, was too slow for anything other than email and slow browsing. The Satellite service is satisfactory for non-highfinition streaming video and decent browsing and single person gaming. The App is simple to use and fairly quick. For me the comparisons were sad, as I was too slow to even fit on the graph.

Works really well, and I like that you can manually have it start tracking you and drive around with it while it gets signal readings every second or so. Plus it's great that the map gets updated with those results within a matter of just a couple of hours. The only problem is that the active mapping feature is kind of buggy. Sometimes when you signal changes from 5G to 4G LTE, the color marker shows orange for 4G, instead of red for 4G LTE. So it has a little trouble during active mapping.

App works great, I really appreciate apps that collect data to show users how strong or weak their carrier is especially when traveling. I map every time I hop in the car. What I have noticed is that the app doesn't collect data when you switch to another app yet still have this one running in the background. Battery optimization is turned off for this app too. 3/17 What have you done to this app. I have a constant ongoing notification that I cannot get rid of. Uninstalled.

The most comprehensive informative, and accurate app out there to track & rate both wireless and mobile data services. With very comprehensive and detailed testing including data, web, and streaming performance. Plus coverage & performance maps right down to the street level. And the ads are very minimal and unobtrusive. Check it out. I use it all the time. Highly recommended.
