New customer and very unimpressed - it's so bad I'm canceling. App frequently throws up switching between countries to the point where it totally kills your connection. You either have to go in and out of airplane mode or change the auto connect settings (sometimes several times per day) to force it to disconnect. Don't waste your time.

It's set as always on, and pretends to be using VPN. One look at data usage can see the data isn't reported as being from by Nord VPN in Android data usage, isn't being tunneled at all! Switched from another major VPN, data usage when on was always through the VPN app. I've used 35Gb mobile data, Nord is 2.41Gb of it. I can't pause it, set as always on, but worthless it seems. Great popups, ads, extra unwanted intrusive features I have no interest in not network related.

The app on the phone makes your Internet browsing REALLY slow and sometimes many sites don't load at all, the only workaround is disconnect from the app! In the PC it's the same and sometimes you can even connect to the VPN server and you have to restart the PC. I paid for a 1 year subscription that I'm not planning to use. Totally disappointed.

Very solid VPN. NordLynx is excellent, adding very little in the way of overhead while maintaining solid speeds. MeshNet is excellent, and easily my favorite feature, Allowing me to connect to and use local devices while away from home. I've been a Nord Security customer for many years and I'm always very happy with the rate of innovation. That's what you get with NordVPN.

When it, it works, but it is very inconsistent. My wifi is not the issue because when I disconnect the VPN, everything works well again. I have to try reconnecting or changing protocols at least 20 times a day because something won't load at all (youtube, browser, etc.). These outages are a pain in the butt but again, when it works, speed is never an issue.

Best VPN ever. I've sampled other VPNs out there basically due to this one being very expensive and the customer support not being very supportive, but I still hang around. Been 5 years, and the phone app works quite well. Four stars because it never really worked for me on the laptop, it disconnects and disconnects you from the internet. Or something like that. And like I said, customer support could do with some improvement.
