This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing NordPass® Password Manager on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

I've been using this app for over a year and it's been great. The auto fill sometimes doesn't pop up but that's intermittent and mostly related to the Microsoft Edge password save or built in Google password save features on Android. It's a minor inconvenience but not a showstopper. Lately I haven't been able to use the app at all. I open it, log in, and immediately get a "Something went wrong. Please try again later." There is no other error. I've cleared cache, forced the app to stop, etc.

Device is an S22. I've been happy with the app (premium plan). It has some quirks, but who/what doesn't? About a week ago, the app became unusable with the update. It began displaying "something went wrong" and wouldn't load. Not being able to access my passwords was a real bummer. I reinstalled and that fixed the issue. However, I neglected to deselect auto-update. So I had to repeat the process. At least I know it hasn't been fixed yet. I renew in early January, so hopefully it's fixed soon.

App won't load anymore. For days it's been saying "Something went wrong. Please check back shortly". I only recently started using this service. I'm not even completely finished adding all my passwords. Access via the web is the only way until the app starts working again. I'm happy with the overall experience, but not being able to use the app is an absolute bummer. Please let me know if I'm missing something. Update: There was no error code. Reinstalled app & that fixed the issue so far.

My review would have been a 5. I have used NordPass (free) for several months, and it worked brilliantly until now. I am completely unable to access the app at all. My friend is also unable to access NordPass as well. The app will appear to work, and the screen remains blank. 11/30/23 I am once again experiencing the same problem. Nordpass appears to initiate, but the screen remains blank. Nordpass customer service is the best and is incredibly responsive a receives 5 stars, overall 4 stars.

A few hiccups and idiosyncrasies, but I'm quite happy with this app! Reliably auto-fills web credentials and decent with apps, too. Two logins for non-biometric devices like PCs is very irritating, but for my Android phone it's great! Fingerprint and go. I wish the listing screen for passwords wouldn't always display from the beginning -- when working on a web site, you copy something and paste it, when you return to NP it displays from the A's not from the site name you're working on

I think the app has a Virus in it now. When I first started with this, it was the best app there was.. But now every time I try to get my password does not fill it in Even when I do my fingerprint scan.. Please fix whatever bugs you have in this lovely app. Because I really wanna go back to the way It was. When I would get into any webpage that needed a password? It would just put the password in after I did my fingerprint. Does not do that now, and I'm very disappointed.
