Unable to fill out some fields, currency, thread, size and won't save with the fields missing. Takes forever to load, gives me the following when I open the page to capture my warranty : "...could not retrieve all data to save warranty..., come back later" what rubbish! Why must I waste my time, effort, data, why don't you make sure your app actually works. Serial number and manufacture date is not on the tyre, why didn't the dealer assist when purchasing and offering the warranty?

I uploaded all info with regard to the Tyres I bought in Dec 2020, to obtain the 12 Month Warranty as well as the 100 000Km Guarantee. I uploaded pictures of the invoice as well the picture of the wheel alignment, Tyres Serial numbers etc. Only to my surprise when I logged in yesterday, there were absolutely no data on my APP anymore everthing is gone!! Thus I have no Waranty or Guarantee!

I used the Dunlop App to renew my License disc that expired. I've done my Renewal on the App on the 4 January 2021 and still waiting to receive my disc. When I phone the number that were given,they tell me there's a delay. I'm very dissapointed in the Dunlop App it's supposed to be hassle free and quick delivery.

The App does not work. I gave all permissions required. I need to register a warranty for grandtrak at5's purchased today. I cannot add a vehicle, I cannot scan a lisence Disck, it does not work, and I cannot manually add a vehicle, the Vehicle Make section is non responsive, does not work...

This app doesn't work. I bought four tyres and I downloaded this app to enter the competition. I couldn't enter as the app kept saying 'this is a required field' on the invoice image even though the image was clearly there and all fields were correctly filled out. I tried entering multiple times even the guys in the Midrand shop could not get why it didn't work.

I am a Dunlop fan. Always have been I have tried the rest now install only the Best : Dunlop. Value for money, Brilliant traction on the roads and overall they last longer than most. Dunlop Tyres is a 12 out of 10 in my books. All other car Tyre brands are absolutely rubbish.
