This is missing the feature to save logs. Logcat Reader can record the log activity to any folder you choose. Part of examining logs is about sharing them to get help and having a file for later reference, and I don't have any use for a log reader if I can't see the logs except when they occur in the viewer. I can tell this app is well designed, so I hope the developers will add this basic feature to improve it.

To other users, use the Widget to record your log to a text file . Then access it from a file manager. I'm running LOS 17+, with no problems.

In android 10 the menu option is not available to save log...it worked fine with android 9.. 0please do fix it as soon as possible

A great app in it's day, but unfortunately no longer usable from Android 10 as the system menu button is no more, and you cannot access the bottom menu. Use Matlog instead which is a shameless clone of CatLog, with proper credit to Nolan Lawson.

says cannot obtain root, so I'll see only catlog's logs, in matlog app, I've to run some adb commands, give permission, and it works fine I'd recommend that app over this for features and material design

Great app. I reinstalled, but the app isn't recognizing my prior purchase. The app is sending my back to GPS to upgrade, donate, but the upgrade app is not found. please fix.
