Doesn't work. You enter your phone number or email click next (no place to enter password on the page) hit next and says user name or password is incorrect. Better off just going to the website.

This is the worst app can't get into site it says email and phone number not correct I just updated my email phone number and password. So whats the problem this company is ripping off everyone that wants to use this app this company needs to fix this or delete this system completely. Im ready to file fraud charges with the Attorney General Office in Illinois I would like other customers do the same thing in all states that have this problem I hope this wakes up the company's CEO and fix this.

I can't log in at all. There's an email or mobile number option and no option for password. I receive an error saying: "The email, phone number, or password is incorrect. Please check and try again. S-8 s-8"

App is HORRIBLE! Doesn't even work. Tried logging in tooooo many times. As soon as I go to the website, im good. I think its a hack app. Might have to change your password.

I am so lucky......Alex the manager was super awesome. He was extremely helpful when my email was hacked and somebody attempted to change my login to gain the access code. He physically checked my unit and put a over lay lock to double secure it. I am so glad I chose Public Storage. Janice works on Sundays and she deserves a raise. Super friendly and her customer service is outstanding.. THANK YOU

Downloaded the app and it keeps telling my info is wrong. When I go on the website, everything is fine. Uninstalled thus app, apparently it doesn't work !
