Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing My nDEC on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

My nDEC is an App developed for the New Nordic Engineering nDEC-series. The nDEC –series of monitors collect continuous information about the indoor climate in all types of buildings: a family home, a summer house, a shop, or a workplace.

My nDEC basis version shows the indoor climate both current status and the previous 24 hours.

With the My nDEC app you always have direct access to information about the indoor climate where your nDEC is placed. My nDEC lets you know if there are changes or differences outside of the usual conditions. You choose how to receive your notifications: directly in the App, by SMS, or email.

My nDEC gives you a quick overview of the indoor climate with informational icons that tell you if the indoor climate is good, ok, or poor, and the ability to click thru for more details. Important status messages are always shown at the top of the screen, so they are easy to find.

Do you have several locations in the building or several separate buildings where you are using an nDEC to track the indoor climate? My nDEC makes it possible to follow the status of several rooms or buildings at the same time; regardless of their location! You can choose between displaying the locations by building, by floor, or individual zones that you define.
