This 1 star is just because of your executive karan who handles sector 110 noida. He has rude tone over the call and treats customers like we are dependent on him. He doesn't know how to talk to people. Doing an MBA or working in a big company doesn't give you the right to talk in such tone. I have dealt previously for many years with your other executives but no one talks in such a way. We are not here to listen to your aggression.Hope he is guided by seniors on how to talk.
