This app is fantastic! I've been using Nirvana since August 2019, and without it, I would probably have never integrated GTD into my life. Its layout is clean, quick, and very aligned with GTD. Some people are saying it doesn't get updated that often; that's true, but there ARE still updates, and they are helpful every time! I like that they are careful not to update too dramatically or too often. Syncing between the phone app and the web app is perfect, as long as you close the phone app before getting on the computer. This app lacks some features that would be helpful, like location-based or time-based reminders. However, you can set tags, group by project, and set due dates, so if you are conscientious about using GTD each day, the app will present you with everything you need. Thanks, Nirvana team! The lifetime purchase was so worth it!

Fantastic app for getting things done, and even better now there's a dark mode so I don't blind myself when I wake up in the night remembering a task I haven't noted down yet! Just brain dump in the inbox & back to sleep. No more trying to remember everything, except of course remembering to review my lists :)

I use this app for GTD. It is reliable in terms of accuracy. It roughly follows the GTD methodology with a few exceptions, such as no context option (they advise using tags instead) but it is the closest app to the GTD system I have found. It lacks ability to scroll through years to easily schedule far future reminders. The website version puts someday projects on the projects list, another GTD violation, with no option in preferences to keep that hidden persistently.

Decent app, which is handy for GTD'ers . Plus it's great that it's cross platform and web based. I like it. But ideally , it would have location built in. The ability to be able to show me what actions I can automatically do based on my location would push this up in my rating .

I've been using this app for a few years already. I remember the prev. version with old layout. At that days it was IMHO the best productivity app on the market. Currently as it has not been updated since 2016/17 and has several annoying issues I consider replacing it with some alternative. Issues: - sync does not work for longer list of items, usually it updates only first 10-something from top of the list - it's really easy to incidentally move items when scrolling And some more...

The latest update sucks. Checkbox is too small now and the apps goes crazy when you refuse calendar permission. If it ain't broke why try to fix it??
