This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ShareHind - Free & Secure File Transfer on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

Guys One star only cz this app is not working for me.When I press Scan QR code option it does open up a cam to scan the QR from other device, but then it keeps saying connecting but nothing happens.I have waited 5-10 mins but to no avail! Also the option to scan QR codes if both are connected to same wifi doesn't work...says something like connection failed! Why is this happening? Pls help out here, I sooo wanna use this app since I always have to transfer files from one device to another!

Best alternative to Chinese apps... Easy to use and user-friendly.. Till now I didn't face any issue on this app .

How to use ShareHind ?

Step 1: Launch the App.
Step 2: Click on send button in the lower right corner.
Step 3: Select the Files, Photos, Videos, Music, Apps and Folders you want to send.
Step 4: Click on the button with + sign in the lower bottom of the screen to add devices to whom you want to send the Files, Photos, Videos, Music, Apps and Folders.
Step 5: Click either on Setup "hotspot" or "My QRcode" to generate a QR and create a network.
Step 6: Click on the button marked Set up "hotspot" / "enable" button to create a network and generate a QR code. (You might need to give some permissions to the App).
Step 7: Open App on Receivers phone.
Step 8: Click on receive button on the lower Left side of the screen.
Step 9: Click on "Scan QR Code".
Step 10: Click on "Enable" button.
Step 11: Scan the QR code of sender's device.
Step 12: Accept/ Reject the incoming file from sender device and you're done.
