Using BlueStacks

App keeps force closing when attempting to open it. Been trying to close my file for a few months now and can't get a single person to help/ do it.

This system is absolutely 100% broken. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to a human being at the "customer service" number that I am directed to. It literally 100% of the time, regardless of how many times you call or when you call, says that "all agents are busy and to try back at another time". Virginia is currently rated dead last in processing unemployment claims. I am out of money. The governor should actually do his job and fix the problem. I worked and paid a lot in taxes. Now I am screwed.

Well, it is almost a zero star, but I will give it 2 stars because it is useful, BUT, fix the thing so the back button actually goes back (like EVERY app made including browsers) and does not exit the app. This is ANNOYING and makes the app almost worthless since I spend more time going back into it and waiting for it to refresh than I should

This app is horrible it takes 10 minutes minimum for me to be able to bring it up. It's ridiculous do not download it

Can't file on the app at all for pandemic unemployment. It literally doesn't work at all and just leads you to different screens that aren't the filing screen and now can't even file on the phone on Sundays because now they changed their business hours to Monday-friday when Sundays have always been filing day. Such a disgrace VEC is and this JUNK app

It needs fixes immediately: Have a a better way to contact customer service for VEC help, Be able to print statements from unemployment claims to show at apt for proof of income, be able to receive notifications and news of when stopped receiving unemployment benefits and help. Gov2Go app and website it needs fixing asap with VEC for Virginia and everywhere of United States. It won't let us use Unemployment benefits for claiming initial and weekly. Also not receiving proper help for VEC.
