Used this app in a study for class. The design is very nice and the notifications are consistent and helpful. The questions seem appropriate in judging your anxiety and depression levels. The only issue may be the sleep tracking and heart rate sometimes wouldn't work well but I was told they were being worked on. Great app though!

This app tells me nothing. I understand the need for a baseline, but if I say that no new event occurred, then asking me about the previous event again makes no sense when I already answered about it before. You're asking someone with ADHD to be able to remember that same event and re-answer details about it. That becomes difficult, then my answers change and the data becomes inaccurate. Nor does the list above the graph with color coding tell me anything useful.

An excellent tool for those of us who love collecting data and need to monitor our mental health details. There are a few typos in the prompts and descriptions, and I feel the survey questions could be phrased a little better. I have also already sent an inquiry regarding the weather feature, because mine does not seem to be syncing. Otherwise, I'm very excited to use this app and review the data gathered.

It's okay, only a few issues. Manual sleep tracking doesn't work, and the steps/weather didn't work (though I think its just my device). Overall, good app though!

Any time you want to log how you're going you have to answer every single question in an incredibly long and often repetitive questionnaire. Too much to deal with especially if you are already not feeling great. Also the heart rate function doesn't work very well.

The explanations aren't enough to warrant trust when you're requesting THAT many permissions. The code segments pertinent to how it deals with permissions or at least the parts about sound level & call data need to be open-source for people to feel safe.
