The latest version of the Android app has a bug: when history data for 1 day, all paramters, except the 'Hot Water Top' parameter plot data for just over one day, this parameter plots data for a full week. This happens on all the Android devices I have tried the app on - historic data displayed via the uplink webpage display correctly. Update 25th January 2018: Bug is still present - when is Nibe going to sort this out!!!

Trying to install my 320, it blankly refuses. Tried to re-register from homepage...and got refused there too. You only get ONE verification mail. Uninstalled the application and reinstalled it...suddenly I could log in... But I can't connect my 320. Changed connection string like...8 times?.. Horrible user experience. And I'm a software test engineer...

Frequent outages for days will not give you access to your device when you need it (ex to holiday function). Only support from incompetent from IT department in Stockholm means that the technical performance data parameter settings can not be seen and used by national support team in troubleshooting. Local installation workers are not trained in online configuration. Absolute premature setup!

The app is good. Only 2 stars because it takes forever to make changes. Sometimes the app looses the connection to the heat pump completely, you need to connect it again from scratch.

In the last version, the BT71 sensor reading is missing from history. I would appreciate having it back.
