Worst app!! Trying to recharge since last few days but not working. Customer care representative proudly say that app is not working and go get it recharged from office. They don't even care whether it will work down the line or not.

Pathetic app!! Cannot even renew my account. It keeps on loading... Ultimately have to go and recharge manually. OTP is also being received after ages! Super slow app
