Well this app is exactly the type of thing I was looking for, except it's not working correctly. My apks backup without issue and it claims to be backing up my data, but when I looked in my files to confirm if the app was working or not I found that all the data folders contained 0 bytes. I'm using a Rooted LG G3 Running Fulmics Rom 6.1

Says it backs up to SD but never asked where I wanted it backed up to! All this "Wonderful", "intuitive" etc makes me wonder about the credibility of the reviews when the author tells you in the description not to rate or review the app!
