터치앤포인트는 스마트폰의 NFC를 이용하여 별도의 장치없이 무료로 고객관리/포인트적립/무료 혹은 할인쿠폰 발급을 관리할 수 있게 도와주는 서비스 앱입니다.
주 사용자는, 메뉴가 한정된 고정거래 식당이나 함바집, 혹은 10회 적립하면 1회 무료쿠폰을 제공하는 커피샵, 그리고 동네 미용실이나 네일아트샵 등과 치킨집 등 배달전문업소 등에서 사용할 수 있으며, 데이터는 당사가 지정하는 서버로 수시 저장하여 스마트폰이 바뀌거나 삭제되어도 안전하게 복구 할 수 있습니다.

만약에 점주가 포인트와 쿠폰을 발행함에 있어서, 고객들 간에 포인트 몰아주기를 방지하려면 신용카드/출입증/일부 교통카드 등 RFID를 지원하는 카드를 등록하여 포인트를 적립하게 할 수 있으며, 그냥 카드 없이도 간편하게 이름이나 전화번호를 이용해서 포인트를 적립하거나 쿠폰을 사용하도록 할 수도 있습니다. 이 앱을 사용하는 점주가 알아서 결정하시면 됩니다.
