Using BlueStacks

Samsung Galaxy S4: I had to create my account in my online browser, because I kept receiving the message, "Error: Unable to get error message" in the app. After I created my account online, I tried to login through the app, but I received the same message and could not sign in. I went to the developer's web site for help, but the site is in Portuguese, so I couldn't even get any help with this worthless app. Basically, I have a camera that would serve better as a paperweight.
