They do not update challenges. The last one was in 2018. Please revive this app and make it more then just using it for checking into the gym.

So far, I have been underwhelmed with this app. The workout recording is laughable; manual entry won't let you enter seconds in the time of your workout, and won't let you enter a value below 7 minutes... Xcapture (taking a pic of the machine display after your workout i.e. treadmill, eliptical, etc.) I ran multiple half mile sprints 1 day; the Xcapture couldn't read most of them, and those it could got recorded as 7 minutes. All responses are automated.

I like being able to earn points to redeem at Fit Republic. I connected it to my Fitbit but it doesn't work properly. It registers workouts from the Fitbit but doesn't credit points for them unless I reenter them manually. Still, happy to get the rewards!

Whats up with the app not letting you log in to the membership/billing part of the app? Ive tried to change my password like 20 times and the temp password never works. Keeps saying cant find my info, password is wrong. ITS THE PASSWORD YOU GUYS GIVE ME!!! Please fix. Support was no help at all

Nevermind the app. The customer support and service are terrible at best. No out of state admittance, no veteran support, and no unpaid guest enterance.

HORRIBLE- this app doesn't work for @#$%. Every time that I try to log in I get, "oop's something went wrong". Yeah, it's your app...
