Recently purchased a Netgear WiFi extender and saw they had an app to go with. Seems to work...just disappointed that the last update was back in 2014! Why promote this on current packaging if they aren't ever going to routinely update?

I have been using this for years on my previous phone, it was a welcome addition. But now (on Android 10) it seems DEAD. This could be because the last update is from 2014! Currently it does not see ANY 2,4 GHz station. It says it filters for that, but I don't see how to switch to 5 GHz. So anyway, this is something from the past for me and I will uninstall.

Not a bad app but only one issue when removing the default room names or changing the names or add new room names the app reset back to default room names its a little annoying but as for checking signal strength pretty good.

Doesn't seem to work on latest Android phones. I installed and tried. Nothing happens! I would have trusted Netgear compared to other unknown apps!

I would give it 5 stars except it hasn't been update in several years. It sends this is not a priority for NetGear. Good app. Stable. Gives good information about signal strength.

Doesn't work. Does nothing. Scanning for wifi networks just spins on "loading" and nothing ever happens. Nothing on any other tabs does anything. I'm running android updated to may 2020 and ALL my hardware is Netgear (cable modem, wifi router, extender)
