Am I missing something? When I enter property details (price, downpayment, interest rate, loan term) the application calculates monthly payment BUT it shows only interest portion (without principal) which makes the cash flow an return numbers incorrect. Am I wrong?

I wasn't able to use it because of the many, many, many ads. On the top and bottom of the screen, and then whole screen ads, very often, with a timer so u can't click away.

Poorly designed. No valuable comparitive visualizations. Annoying popup ads wreck user expeience. Doesn't allow uploading property image though it promotes it can.
