I love it. Right after my first workout I decided to post a review. I use intermediate workouts and its roughly only 6-8 minutes. The app is easy to use and motivates you by sending notifications. This app also helps with water intake. Truly the first app I've used that helps me exercise. Also the workouts are different each day and can also allow you to have rest days. Plan to use it everyday! ❤

its a good app but the auto booster keeps popping up on my screen even with the notifications off, this is annoying. And also the reminders keep popping up and i have turned off all reminders and notifications. can yall please fix it? i would hate to unistall it.

first workout down and it was easy enough to where I will do it again tomorrow but hard enough to where I worked up a little. I like that it doesn't take much time at all.

This app caused a pop up ad to appear on my phone called auto booster also, the units for the water should be in ounces. I liked until the pop up start appearing on my phone.

very easy to use. I like the cool down time in between reps. it let's me clean a room or fold some laundry while I break in between and the beeping let's me know when it is time to resume!
