This app has scammers and the app it self might be. I reserved a storage but never got a hold of the host . I still never got my refund and on top of that they charge me for a 25 dollar late fee. Not to mention I had to pay 400 bucks on uhaul waiting around and trying to get new storage. I ended up getting a new and regular one. Plus I don't have a storage with them and they continue to try to charge me. Night mare trying to get in contact with a real person. Wrote emails and called non stop

This is one frustrating app. I am getting the total runaround so I uninstalled it. I had an account but the app refuses to recognize the password. So I tried creating an account with 4 other email addresses of mine and each time the app says the account "already exists!" That's just wrong, since one of them I rarely if ever use, and one was created AFTER I created the original account. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and use a different app, or ask a friend for storage.

i was pretty excited to try this site but people are charging the same amount as public storage when its its not nearly as easily accessible. worse, i clicked on many that said one price a month, but when you click to reserve its twice the amount. there needs to be a better settup. something more secure and settup like airbnb. i will change my review when people are a bit more reasonable and app doesnt allow for extreme price changes.

Neighbor sends out "fake" requests for storage to make users think there is demand for their storage space. Signed up but did not completely finish process. Got a couple phone calls from Neighbor pushing to finish set up. Did not finish set up. Immediately after got several requests from what are supposed to be viewed as legitimate users requesting to use your space but really it's just Neighbor sending them out to get you excited enough to finish set up. Any company doing this is a total scam!

Pretty good, could be better. 1. I've gotten more traction finding potential tenants on my own then sending them to Neighbor as the broker app, would be nice if you advertises units on fb or craigslist. 2. We should have more control of the calendar of rentals and there should be contractual lease periods. 3. We should not have to refer people to the app to maintain top host status. Not only is it skeezy, but also is not reassuring that this app is going to be around for the long haul.

Good concept, but needs many many many many improvements, like people are actually renting apartments on the app disguise as space for rent, also renting commercial property and warehouses, also people asking for exorbitant amounts of money for a parking spot like a saw a lady in queens NY asking for 700 dollars a month for a driveway space, like for real? There's no way to set an exact distance from your location, like 5 miles or 10 miles and so on. Developers check your app...
