Eorb Workforce is a multipurpose utility application which is helpful to maintain integrity between organization and employees. The eorb workforce is simple and effective user interface interaction which is blissful to humankind who can monitor and record maintenance and safety of person which automatically enhance the importance of trust among people.

FEATURES

Live update report:
This provides the live status of Workforce team.

Attendance:
Few companies let their employees work at home but the company does not know how many hours an employee is working for the company.
The workforce has a feature to display on the companies system about the login and exit of an employee into the office blog. So that the company will know how many hours an employee is working.

Communication/Chat:
The employees can discuss or communicate about the project assigned to chat box provided on the blog.

Task:
There is a problem in announcing tasks to each and every one. The employee should be told either personally or have to text to each and every one about the task.
This application makes this work simple. As soon as a task is posted by admin, it sends the message to every employee about the task. So, it is fast, efficient and easier way to let them know about the task assigned to the employees.

Share client location:
Whoever accepts the task assigned by the admin gets the client location as well as client details.

Checks battery of phone, location etc.:
The app can detect the battery level of an employee’s mobile irrespective of his/her location. It is displayed in the admin account. So, an employee cannot give excuses by complaining about his/her mobile battery level.

Secure information:
The client information and the employee's information is kept secure by giving a username and password to the admin and employees.

Battery level – access battery information of mobile phone and shares it with admin.
Comments - Send text comments to admin on a particular task
Internet connection information - Check whether you are connected to the internet
Device ID & call information - Verification of your phone number during registration

WHAT ARE WE GIVING?

Android app:
Since employee travels here and there to assist their clients, the message delivering will be provided. So, we are providing a mobile app for employee and employer’s to get updated with the tasks and information and also to know the client's location.

Desktop admin:
The person who monitors the employees about the clients will be provided a desktop admin to check with the employee, to know the requirements of the client and to give information to the employee.

How the company’s data is secure?
We don’t share information about a company with others. Each organization and the employees are given their own blog and page with an ID and password.

All the information is encrypted:
The attendance, phone battery, and tasks of an employee etc. are encrypted and stored. The employee and the employer can see the information.

The server is 99.9% uptime:
The server is really quick and the response is fast. The database of the server is big enough to handle 5 lakh accounts/ pages at a time.
