Monitoring Tools working on devices with ROOT and Non ROOT access. It is free application that monitoring your device.
Monitoring Tools, as the name suggests, is a clean and simple system monitoring app for your android device. It graphically shows usages or how to use various system components.

Sensor Features - Features of each of the sensors on your smartphone.
Real Time - Real time information of the data obtained by Sensors.
WIFI - All data from the network which you are connected, intensity, and information about your Smartphone in the network.
GPS - You could see your geographical position, the altitude at which you are, and the status of the satellites.
Material Design - A clean and simple interface following the guidelines of Material Design.

Explanation of permissions:

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: To read your ip address to display it at the Wireless Filemanager

ACCESS_SUPERUSER: Device Control requires root to function properly.

BILLING: For the optional in app donations.

INTERNET: Required for our built-in error reporting service to submit bug reports.

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Needed for the Wireless Filemanager

READ_PHONE_STATE: For better detection of your device.

RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: To restore your tweaks on boot up of the device.

VIBRATE: To test the vibration strength.

CLEAR_APP_CACHE: To clear the app cache via the app manager

GET_PACKAGE_SIZE: To display size statistics at the app manager

GET_TASKS: To allow to detect running apps and kill them via the app manager

READ_PHONE_STATE: To get device informations

DELETE_CACHE_FILES, DELETE_PACKAGES, REBOOT, DEVICE_POWER: Used by NamelessRom to execute some actions without using superuser / root rights. These permissions are not granted on other roms as the app signature does not match.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to delete cache files.
Allows an application to delete packages.
Allows an application to call killBackgroundProcesses(String].
Allows an application to clear the caches of all installed applications on the device.
Allows an application to find out the space used by any package.
Required to be able to reboot the device.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
