Update: I've managed to sync/update the camera's safety camera list. the process is a bit confusing. After connecting to the camera, you need to fully close down the app, before launching it again. Once it launches the second time, it'll actually check for updates and then you can proceed to update firmware/camera list.

Unable to maintain a Bluetooth connection with drops out ond cannot pair mivue explorer for mivue pro service. Followed support instructions to unistall/reinstall app 3 times but still cannot find mivue explorer to pair for mivue pro service.Mivue explorer pairs with phone for calls contacts etc but will not pair with app.

After several decades of owning a Navman, buying the MiCam GPS has been my biggest mistake ever, and I really don't know where to start. Syncing Contacts from phone results with a mixture of names imported with some in Surname others by Christian name or both connected or an incorrect format with no spaces between Surname/Christian Name etc; Setting my previous Navman known addresses to the new unit is useless with NO RESULT FOUND or when sync an address from phone using SEND TO MICAM the wrong address is imported: i.e 12 McDermott Drive is listed as Number 10, 1 Kelly Street simply listed as Barnard Street (no number and wrong address) and the EDIT function to update the correct details doesn't work. Deleting an incorrect address/destination from FAVOURITES and then re-entering the correct details results in both the old and new destination still listed and the incorrect details can not be deleted, And all these problems are from setting up the unit and I hate to see what further problems occur later when using it. I'm going to return the unit to store and seek a refund and I'm very disappointed as a long time Navman user. So my recommendation now is - don't buy you will be sorry

I thought this app was bad before the last update. Its even worse now. Camera connects to smartphone but only holds its connection for about 15 seconds. Makes for a nightmare to browse or download from the camera via the app.

Useless with Samsung Galaxy S10. The app won't pair. Tried contacting support 4 times. They keep getting me to follow original instructions. But it just doesn't find my device. The app locks up. Sorry MIO you need tot test with more phones and fix the app.

App won't connect via WIFI from a Samsung S10e running Android 10 to a Navman MiVue 760 Ultra. Followed the instructions with multiple attempts which all failed. Followed the instructions from the developer and it still doesn't connect.
