saving grace for a female sized hand. Went from Samsung S7 to a Pixel 3. BAck button was lower left and power button is higher and requires more strength than S7. I had to position the phone holder higher up on the back so have the thumb strength to power on but then it was harder to reach home and back button but this navigation bar has taken the stress of dealing with the structure of this phone away!
