It doesn't make sense that if you do not create a form builder. I guess I would get my refund. Let me know in future, when there's really a improvement. Kindly assists in the refund.

I've paid £0.99 & £1.99 for PDF format and the activation of being able to
customise the app respectively. But everytime I select the PDF format it
sticks and when I try to customise the form by selecting my personal
template it keeps restarting without uploading my template. Which is a
shame because I see the potential for it to be a great app. Can you please
fix this bug or give me a full refund.
