This is a great app. Customers are really impressed when I can send them information immediately whilst still on site. However it's will no longer allow me to search. I log in, try to search but get asked to authenticate myself again. I log in again and then have the same problem. Any ideas?

I have not received any information from this app other than the error message. Reinstalled 8.31.2018. Cannot log in. A waste of time.
