After recent Anroid update this App is not working. App creater to look into the matter and make changes. without this app using chilli sim has become difficult. Without app one cannot top up and also cannot activate required plans. In other words without app working , the SIM is useless. Sim company must lookinto this matter urgently.

Actually this app works only uptil android Oreo latest Android version are not supported by this app.even am facing problem as am using one plus 8 pro which is running on latest Android 10.

Made a mistake to top up by 50 dollars..this crapy aap dsnt work on new android version.. Will switch to sim for crew. Rather than wasting money on this.. As developera are not resolving the issue.. And you cant recharge offline by dialing USSD cuz after some time it ll say invalid MMI response.. Sol for this .. Dont order top up go for sim for crew i have already requested for my vessel..

App not working for new android versions. I have a lot of money with Chilli Sim people. If you don't start app I will report this app to Google Play with all my friends who have same problem with chilli sim. We are a union of Seafarers who have chilli sim. Please look into the matter asap.

After the recent Android updates, app is not working/crahing. its has been more than few months this is happening and why are you not doing anything. Activating and checking data balance is a hassle without the app.
