This app is a waste of time. It always has issues and I don't know what Vodafone is doing about it. I transfered just 10gig of data from my landline to my sim. Now I'm sending back 9gig it's telling me I have reached my limit of tranfer of data. Which I know it's should be 40 gig a month for the subscription i'm on. Can someone explain this to me please?

The app is good but it needs more updates. Especially with features that are found on the website but not the app. But in general it's good.

This app isn't useful, it frustrate you rather than easying your stress. What good is it when unable to load ordinary scratch cards? It's useless

The app is not that okay in terms of updates And Vodafone deducts my credit without me using it. could you imagine I bought Ghs 10 i used only ghs 6 before I realised they took my remaining 4 cedis while I need that credit because where I was I couldn't get anywhere to buy the credit. I won't recommend this network to any of my friends coming to ghana for now maybe later when they stop deducting my credit anyhow....

Following an update to the app. I can no longer access my account which is a fixed broadband account. It asks you to login but it does not recognise my account details. I therefore tried to register but nothing happens as no verification code can be sent to a fixed line number.
